Character: ROSANNA
Description: Rosanna can’t take the pressure from her sick mother.
Gender: Female
Age: 55
She’s killing me. She doesn’t realize what she does to me. I know she’s sick but she needs despression pills. Doctors said she would get depressed but this is out of hand. She’s out of control. It’s rough because I love her so much but she doesn’t make it easy on me. She’s selfish, that’s her problem. She doesn’t see what she does to other people. And in a way, it’s cruel. She has to have some idea as to how she affects people.
I carry her machine all around the house and that thing must weight sixty pounds. Carry it around so she can breath. I tell her to get longer tubes but she won’t listen. Then she complains non stop, all day long just torturing me. I don’t know why she gets like this. It’s so uncalled for and I don’t know how to tell her without getting her more upset.
Last thing we both need is an argument. She is in no condition for that and I can’t handle the stress of one. I just need a break. A break from all of this turmoil. I’m booking a trip to Florida by myself on an island somewhere, where no one can find me. Far, far away!
That solves that!
