What do you want me to tell you Adrian? I spent the money okay? I gambled it away. You think I’m happy about this? (beat) What did I spend, I blew it all, all twenty thousand of it. I thought I could double our money honey. I’m stupid! I’m a loser. I already know what you’re going to say, just go and leave me already.
I know that was the loan for the fucking house! I’m well aware of it. I wanted to do more! Working all my Goddamn life in that piece of shit van that I have outside. I can’t take it anymore! I’m never going to be rich and I took a chance.
(beat)
….now we’re in debt and…I screwed up big time…please, just leave me, I’m not a man, I’m not even a boy…I’m an ant that needs to get stepped on repeatedly. Just crush me!!!
(beat)
I don’t know what we are going to do now. I wanted to surprise you. I wanted to buy you something nice….I fucked up baby…I’m sorry, so fucking sorry….
