Monologue Description: “Full Bloom” is about helping one mature into a woman.
Character Description: Danielle is a drag queen and she is teaching her best friend’s daughter, how to walk like a sexy woman.
DANIELLE:
Where is the energy honey? I mean really. How in Julia Roberts name are you going to flaunt that ass and those thighs if you can’t get your walk done properly. Darling, what are you paying me for? You can have all the lifts and tucks and exercise in the world but if you can’t walk it honey, your DOOMED.
Now, walk with some finesse. I can’t believe how manly you are and you’ve been a woman for twenty four years.
Watch me and I mean REALLY watch me honey. Like so annnnd uh!
(Danielle walks real sexy and confident. She stops and turns to Lila)
Did you see that? Did you see how I just did that? CONFIDENCE, SEX, ENERGY!!! That’s what men cling to. That’s what they crave in a woman. I should know, I’ve been a drag queen for fifty five years and I am yet to not turn heads at least once when I am out SHOPPING!
Now you go, you walk, you show you stuff babe. Do it. That’s it, that’s it girlfriend. Your doing it, YOUR DOING. My God, you are on fire!!! Keep it going. Keep it going! YES, YES, YES. That is a woman in full bloom!!!!!
HaHa! Success! You keep practicing that walk honey and you will not only turn heads but you will guillotine them!
