In my mind I have a clock. It reads midnight.

(beat)

All the clocks on my wall read midnight. I don’t know why.

(beat)

For some reason, I just sit here all day and night…I’m at ease. I don’t have anything that I remember I must do. I stare at the clocks on my wall.

I just gaze. I gaze.

In my mind I have a clock. It reads midnight.

All the clocks on my wall read midnight. I don’t know why.
