“Giant Oak Tree” (comedy) 1 Minutes

Monologue Description:  “Giant Oak Tree” is about a guy witnessing a car crash.

Character Description:  In this monologue,  Tobey tells his friend about a car accident he witnessed.  This character is very action oriented.  He LOVES and ENJOYS making sound effects in order to bring additional realism to his stories.  He is hyper to say the least and extremely animated.

TOBEY:

OOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

The car turned the corner man, it was like EEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRR.   And the cops sirens were blaring, WHEEEEW WHEEEEEW WHEEEEEW WHEEEEEEW!   And the car, it was a fire apple red mustang coming right at me man.  So I dive outta the way, LIKE BAAAH and then I tucked and rolled over to a tree like SWAAAAM!  I learned that shit on a marines documentary bro.  I was like woooosh woooosh woooosh baaaaaaaa daaaaaa.  I felt like a fucking super hero man and if there was a camera I bet I looked like one.  I bet I did!

Yo, so back to my story, THIS MUSTANG is driving across the grass and people everywhere are diving out of the way and all of a sudden, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Musty (name for mustang) starts screeching and WHALLA WHALLA BOOO BAAAA BING BANG BOME, he crashes right into a giant oak tree.  The tree was like, “What the fuck are you doing?”  You know?  You know?

(laughs outloud like a madman)

So the cop car screeches up on his ass, almost hitting the mustang.  EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!!!!

(imitating the guy in the mustang’s walk)

But the guy gets out of the musty and he’s wobbling and dazed and looking around like he don’t know what his name is and he looks at me and starts staggering over to me.  The cop starts yelling at the guy telling him to, (imitating cops voice) “STAY WHERE YOU ARE?  GET DOWN ON THE GROUND!”

Now I really felt like I was in a movie some.

(lets out an enormous laugh)

I can’t help myself man.  Life is so fucking entertaining!!!!!  DAMN!!!!  The cop charges him right and he grabs him all rough and throws the guy to the ground and he cuffs him.  CLICKITY CLICK CLAT!!!

It was crazy but it was dope.
