Monologue Description: “PINK BALLS” is about wearing someone else’s clothes.

Character Description: Jeffrey tells one of his boys a humorous story of wearing his girlfriend’s socks.

JEFFREY:

Yeah so, I had to leave for work and I was looking for a fresh pair of socks cause I just got back home from playing some B-ball and I was out of socks. So I went into my girl’s sock draw and she was out too! I couldn’t believe it but there was one pair of socks that she had left…haha…it was a pair of pink socks with pink balls dangling from the heel of the sock.

Man, I decided to wear it. I just tucked in the balls to hide it and I figured I was good. But that wasn’t the case g. The freaking luck that I have man, I was out and about, working and doing my thing and by the time I got home to relax—my girl starts busting out laughing and I was like, “What’s up? What’s up? What’s so funny?”

It turns out that the pink balls I secretly tucked in, popped out and the whole night while I was working, they were bopping around, outside of my kicks. hahaha. God only knows how many people noticed it and said nothing to me. hahaha.

I felt like such an ass.
