Giving Credit Where Credit Is Due

In Giving Credit Where Credit Is Due, Tina is a mixed martial arts fighter and has recently defeated a top global opponent.

They bump into one another at a training center by accident.

TINA: I thought I’d feel happy after defeating you but the truth is I’ve had a difficult time with it.  You were the one I’ve always measured myself against and it was because of you that I’ve worked so damn hard.

I’d be wrong if I didn’t give credit where credit was due.

I have a ton of respect for you because you’ve inspired me, taught me and gave me the motivation to go after my dreams.

I never imagined that it would have come down to you and me but I guess fate had it in store for us that way.

You’ve been a tremendous hero for me throughout my life and I could only hope that you would accept me as a friend because you are someone I would be honored to call my friend.

Thank you for everything you’ve given to me, the sport, the fans…you’re a legend.
