The Momentum of My Grind

In The Momentum of My Grind, Charlize talks to one of his friends about his hustle and how sometimes he can get caught up in the b.s. part of life.

Charlize:  Where do I go from here?  I want, I want, I want, I want, I want and then what?  I hope I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing in God’s eyes.

Sometimes I’ll get caught up in the hustle, in the momentum of my grind cause I have to work at an extremely high level in order to keep the flywheel spinning and deep inside myself I know why I’m doing what I’m doing but we live in such a materialistic world that I can sometimes get brought into that current but I know it’s only a false wind.

The thing about it though is that if I’m going to do what I’m doing and do it well, there needs to be gains but I have to throw those gains back into what matters…that’s the deal I try to keep with myself.
