Featured Monologue – The Accusal

ELLY: Death? What death? I only meant to make a righteous meal. It was never meant for Ned…it was never meant to do anyone any harm.

I got yas both accusing me of murder! As if oats, cinnamon, and bananas are poisons chosen to deliberately kill anyone. It’s cruel! You’re both being cruel. This is tragic! Yes?

Even so, I should not be accused of doing something I had never intended on doing. I made a meal. Porridge! He ate it cause he liked it. The consequences are his. He died. It was his decision. Maybe that’s what he truly wanted. Maybe he wanted a way out of this sh’t life, and so he ate my porridge.

That should be ruled suicide.
